Request Invoice
IMPORTANT PREORDER POLICY – READ BEFORE SUBMITTING
Submitting a preorder does NOT guarantee product under any circumstance.
We do not control distributor allocations. Distributors determine how much product we receive, and we are frequently allocated significantly less than requested.
All preorder requests apply ONLY to our initial allocation (first wave) from our primary distributor. Once final allocation numbers are confirmed, all requests are reviewed and fulfilled based on availability.
If we do not receive full allocation, orders are prioritized using the following criteria, in order:
• Membership status
• Total preorder volume
• Event attendance (last 30 days)
• Category support (last 30 days)
• Overall store support (last 30 days)
Customers who do not actively support the store may receive reduced allocation or no product.
Additional inventory acquired after initial allocation — including product from secondary distributors, later waves, or higher-cost supply channels — is NOT used to fulfill existing preorders.
Please read this carefully:
You may see us post or sell additional product after allocations have been finalized. These items may be priced higher, the same, or even lower depending on market conditions and how they were sourced.
This inventory does NOT come from our primary distributor allocation and is obtained through entirely different supply channels with different costs, risks, and limitations.
These additional waves are completely separate from the preorder system.
Your final allocation is based solely on the initial distributor allocation and the criteria outlined above. It will NOT be adjusted based on any later inventory we acquire.
Your final allocation is your final allocation.
We will make every effort to fulfill as many requests as possible, but fulfillment is never guaranteed.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PREORDER REQUEST
You MUST list your request in the following exact format:

6x Pokemon Surging Sparks Booster Boxes
2x Pokemon Surging Sparks Elite Trainer Boxes
Requests that do NOT follow this format may be ignored.
Include ALL items you want in a single request. Do not submit multiple fragmented requests.
To submit a preorder request, you must provide:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your formatted preorder request (as shown above)
INVOICING & PAYMENT PROCESS
After submitting your request:
• You will typically receive an invoice within 24 hours
• Payment must be made promptly to secure your place in line
• ACH is the ONLY accepted payment method
• Debit and credit cards are NOT accepted under any circumstance
ACH payments may take several days to clear.
Once your payment clears, you will receive a "layaway" receipt. This confirms payment was received, but it is NOT your final allocation.
FINAL ALLOCATION & ADJUSTMENTS
Final allocation results are typically issued 2–4 weeks before release.
At that time:
• You will receive a follow-up receipt showing your FINAL allocated quantities
• If your request is reduced, we will contact you to process any necessary refunds
• Refunds are issued via ACH or mailed check
All preorder funds are held in a separate escrow account until allocation is finalized.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
You are welcome to pick up any allocated product in-store during our normal operating hours.
If you would like your order shipped, please include a note in your preorder request indicating that you need shipping.
Shipping is not included in preorder pricing. You will be responsible for the exact shipping cost based on your final allocated items. A separate shipping invoice will be sent once your order is ready to ship.
We kindly ask that shipping invoices be paid within 7 days of being issued so we can ensure timely delivery.
If a shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days, the order may be considered abandoned and we may be unable to fulfill or issue a refund for that order.
PREORDER DEADLINES
All preorder items have strict cutoff dates.
If you submit a request after the cutoff date, it will be ignored.
Cutoff dates are listed on each product page. You are responsible for verifying deadlines before submitting.
