Return & Preorder Policy
Pre-Owned Games
We stand behind the quality of our pre-owned games. If your game isn't functioning correctly, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for a free repair. If we are unable to repair it within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
Pre-Owned Consoles
Pre-owned consoles are covered under a 30-day repair or replacement guarantee. If we cannot repair or replace your console within 7 days, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
Pre-Owned Rentals
- Standard Customers: Trade in within 10 days in original condition for store credit, equal to the original purchase price minus $5 or 10% (whichever is greater, excluding tax).
- Core Support Members: Same terms as Standard Customers, with an extended trade-in window of 30 days and a 70% store credit refund based on the original purchase price (excluding tax).
New Items
Opened new items are non-returnable. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for any defects or issues.
Preorders
Preordering does not guarantee product availability, as distributors may short-ship or allocate inventory. If allocation occurs, we will prioritize fulfillment based on past purchase history (last 30 to 90 days) and event attendance when applicable.
- Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded after our distributor order is submitted.
- If we are unable to fulfill your preorder within 14 days of release, you may request a full refund if payment was made in advance.
Trading Cards (Singles & Sealed Products)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading card singles or sealed products.
General Conditions
- All pre-owned returns must be in original condition with all included items.
- No refunds for items damaged due to misuse, Acts of God, etc.
- Games priced under $4.99 are not warrantied.
Downloadable Content & Online Features
For pre-owned games and most older titles, we cannot guarantee that DLC, online codes, or online functionality will be available, whether the game is sealed or unsealed. This cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange.
Return Policy Enforcement
An ID may be required for all returns. Customers with excessive return activity may be denied future returns at our discretion.
