Preorder Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as preorders. The policy below explains how these orders are handled.
Preorders
Preorders are allocation-based and do not guarantee product availability.
Orders placed for preorder items are requests only and are not confirmed at checkout. Payment is not collected at checkout. Instead, an invoice will be sent separately.
Invoices are typically sent within 24 hours and must be paid within the stated timeframe to secure your preorder request. Unpaid invoices may be canceled at any time.
Refunds are not available unless we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to distributor allocation limits. If we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued via ACH or mailed check if necessary.
Preorders apply only to our initial distributor allocation. Any additional product made available after release may be offered separately and is not tied to existing preorder requests.
Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscriptions.
Try Before You Buy
We do not currently offer try before you buy purchases.
