Unleash monstrous destruction upon cities across North America in Rampage for the Nintendo Entertainment System, a port of the classic arcade hit. Take control of one of three gigantic mutated monsters—George the gorilla, Lizzie the lizard (though only George and Lizzie are playable in the NES version, Ralph the wolf from the arcade is absent), or Ralph the wolf (only in arcade and some other ports)—as you literally tear down buildings with your bare hands, devour helpless civilians, and smash military forces. The goal is simple: reduce every building in each city to rubble to advance to the next location. Dodge enemy fire from helicopters, tanks, and soldiers, and eat food items to restore your health. With its unique premise of being the villain and its satisfyingly destructive gameplay, Rampage offers a wild and chaotic experience.

Key Features:

  • Destructive Gameplay: Control a giant monster and demolish entire cityscapes, punching buildings to rubble.
  • Play as a Monster: Choose between George (gorilla) or Lizzie (lizard), each with the same destructive capabilities.
  • Arcade Action: Experience a port of the popular arcade game, focusing on simple, satisfying destruction.
  • City-Hopping Mayhem: Travel across numerous North American cities, leaving a trail of devastation in your wake.
  • Avoid the Military: Battle against constant resistance from tanks, helicopters, and soldiers trying to stop your rampage.
  • Infinite Continues (NES): The NES version uniquely offers infinite continues, allowing players to eventually complete the game without a hard limit on tries.
